No Delivery & lies

Order promised for delivery on the 6th Dec.between 12h00-17h00. SMS received at 16h47 that they couldn't find my address. What BS, as since 2016 they have been delivering to the same address. Call center staff tried to spin the story by telling me "the system might have changed the address" How can that be, as all details were pre-populated and confirmed before I placed the order? Now delivery is rescheduled for 8th Dec. which is late for me as the package was due to be forwarded overseas with someone flying out on the 7th. Will not use their services anymore..
