No Delivery (Late Delivery)

<p>So I ordered the children's xmas presents from takealot on the 4th of December and delivery date was scheduled for today 13th of December. Today, Takealot conveniently changes delivery date to the 22nd of December, and let me know that some of the items is out of stock... ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. I am leaving on holiday on 16th and no one will be at the delivery address after that. So I phoned to cancel entire order and get the refund, but they tell me that I cannot get a refund as it is already at the warehouse. But what do I give my kids for xmas, if I cannot take their gifts along on holiday, and they do not refund me? Where do they deliver my gifts then? So frustrated with BAD SERVICE everywhere!!!</p>
