No Delivery - Lame excuse

On the 29th of January, I placed my order on takelot. On the 1st of February 2019, I received an SMS saying my order is out for delivery. My delivery address is my work as I am always here. They said my item would be delivered before 17h00 on the 1st of Feb 2019. So I waited and waited and waited. Half past five I left to go home and check the delivery status when I got home. It stated the following "NO CASH AVAILABLE ON DELIVER, SO WE'LL RESCHEDULE" I mean really I waited till after 5 on a Friday afternoon. Now that I'm trying to phone them to hear what's going on they do not answer. This is not on. No one pitched up and then they use that lame excuse.
