NO DELIVERY !!! IVE BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS NOW🤬

I'm utterly disgusted in Takealot's customer service. I purchased items on the 10th October 2023, which wouldve been delivered by 17th October....its been 2 weeks now, and my parcel hasnt even left the warehouse yet. Ive sent numorous emails to query this, but all i keep hearing is that theyll update me when its out for delivery. REALLY???.... Im still waiting for someone to just assist me with some update on the delivery date my goods, afterall....Ive already paid you guys??
