No Delivery, item not in the van

I ordered an phone from Takealot.com, well this is what happened. I got an sms stating that they will deliver the next day by 5pm, the delivery came and I waas told your order was noy on the van. I calleed 7 times and spoke to consultants . I was told that the driver never packed my order into his van. But that he will deliver same day before 5. Then the last call was just before 5 and once again I was promised that the delibery would take place after 5pm, The agent on the phone promised to call me back. Her name is Viyo. No call, no delivery and it is now 7:30pm. I do want a full refund that is paid immediately into my bank account so that I can go and buy the item somewhere else. My order number is #***
