No delivery if order since 25 /11/2017

Really dissapointed. Failed to deliver twice after trying to deliver after foresaid times. I phoned and emailed explaining that my work closes on the 6 december. Still no delivery. Eventually call agents said due to circumstances I can change the delivery adres. Still issues. Failed to deliver to date. 15/12/2107. -This was a Christmas gift to someone.
