No delivery from takeAlot

Been waiting for delivery sms sent delivery is for the 18th,never arrived. Phoned on Monday 21st spoke to Palesa i was told the sms was an error delivery is for 22nd. Status of the order online still shows delivery for the 18th. Till today nothing has been delivered.
