No delivery from Takealot.

Order placed and delivery expected by today. Tracked delivery to find that the parcel had been sent to the incorrect courier department. I have yet to hear anything from Takealot. Also, nobody responds to telephone calls either. Calls are not answered. What a joke of online shopping.
