No delivery for the second day.

I don't know what the problem is now with takealot's delivery but usually they are fast. I bought three rain sim cards and they said it would be delivered last week Friday. The normal 5 o'clock was sent on Friday and 5 o'clock came with no delivery. Today (Monday) again, same sms, no delivery. Takealot is a delivery service. So I'm not receiving service that I paid for.
