No delivery for paid order

I placed an order on the 3rd April 2018 and made payment on the same day. The payment confirmation stated that delivery would take place 12 April 2018 an on the website it says that should the delivery date need to be changed, sms communication would follow. To my surprise when I follow up on my order I then get advised that it will take place on the 20th and then another consultant confirms the 16th. I'm quite disappointed and when I asked for a cancellation and refund from the second consultant, I was initially advised that it is too late to submit that instruction. It's too late now to deliver the order, I want a full refund from Take a Lot!!!
