No Delivery for items which had 4th December 2017 as delivery date

No Delivery for items which had 4th December 2017 as delivery date. Have to call the customer service everyday since Tuesday and still my order is not delivered. One the customer service agent have the nerve to tell me that they are using a 3rd party courier, I didn't buy from a courier but from takealot, so I want my items from takealot and not from the courier.

This is unacceptable from a big company such as takealot, if they cannot handle the order, then they need to make a plan to increase their capacity or just dont take the orders.
