No delivery

Good day. I placed an order and paid for the order before lockdown started it was scheduled for delivery on the day before lockdown started, I received a message that day stating that the driver could not reach me and therefore my order had been rescheduled for delivery on the 17th April 2020. This is absolute nonsense as i was at the adress of delivery the whole day and no one arrived for a delivery. After countless emails I still cannot locate where my order is as I want to get it sent to me via a private courier. The team at Takealot just simply say due to the lockdown my order cannot be sent or that I must cancel my order. If i ask for the delivery persons contact number they say due to legal reasons they cannot provide that information. Once again i have received a message today stating my order will only be delivered on the 4th of May. I have an essential product in my order according to the website but still no delivery of my order.
