No delivery

Was suppose to receive my delivery that l have been waiting for for 2 weeks on the 8th The truck came to my residence on the 8th, he then said my order is not in the truck.

Driver very unprofessional, keep being paranoid, saying his not save in our street. Anyway he left, after inquiring myself l got a reply a few days later, delivery is rescheduled almost everyday, until today, no it’s lost and they cannot replace it, my Takealot account credited. I don’t want credit l want what l bought, if l knew l would have got it somewhere else.

What should l buy with credit when what l want you cannot supply?
