No Delivery- Despite Many Requests

I have been very happy with my purchases to date with take-alot- however to date they have not successfully delivered any item, as the courier service just makes a pass at the house and then a notification is logged that they were unable to deliver the product. This has occurred about four times in a row and then they simply state on their app or website that I should reschedule another time- So I do, but I then leave my telephone number and cell number for them to contact me when they are nearby or at the house -again they pass by and state that no one is home and that they were unable to deliver and that I should re-schedule again- This is of course very irritating and happens far too often for my liking-

They ignore all my email requests- asking them politely to contact me via phone- even after acknowledging me.

Be careful in the future- as you might end up never getting your parcel.
