No Delivery, Claimed to have delivered

So I ordered a Russell Hobbs - Portable Aircon from Takealot, 1st it was delivered to the destination damaged, and was sent back.

when I sent email regarding the matter, they only told me they are awaiting feedback, and never heard of them again, I did multiple follow-ups and still nothing,

and then I received an email confirming the package was delivered, and it was in fact NOT!

the order number was ********** 0

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
