No delivery charge refunded

I ordered 4 heel grips but only received 2 heel grips. I asked for a replacement but TakeALot was out of stock which resulted in a refund. What I find is very unfair is that I got refunded without the delivery amount. As it was no fault of mine, surely I should be refunded the delivery amount as well. I would not have returned the product if you supp**** the correct amount of heel grips.

This is not the first time this has happened to me and I am sure it happens to everybody.

I would understand if the deposit is not refunded when the customer returns a product because they changed their mind and did not want it anymore, or similar reasons. But my return was based on a TakeALot error.

I am SO disappointed.
