NO DELIVERY BUT ORDER SAYS DELIVERED AS PER TRACKING INFO

I have placed two orders on Monday (7/10/2024)

Order *** which was for an arm brace Order 162 390 185 which was for a phone cover and a wifi extender

So both my deliveries started off as a shlep.

Firstly Order *** (the arm brace) was delivered this morning (9/10/2024) @ around 11:30

- now the issue with this order as per tracking info : it shows delivered at 19:34 which is wrong this order was delivered at 11:32 this morning , whole day this order showed as out for delivery even though it was already delivered...!

Order *** (wifi extender & phone cover) - This order was not DELIVERED AT ALL!! but on the tracking info it shows this order was delivered this morning around 11:30 so I am assuming both boxes were on the same delivery van but the driver scanned the wrong box this or something but this order showed as delivered all day while I was following up - I CAN CONFIRM I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER !!!

Then later today after 3pm another crew pulled up at my door from takealot they were checking but they didn't have my parcel in the van, I explained what happened as my deliveries seems to be mixed up because I received one package but still shows out for delivery and the package that I didn't receive shows delivered, they advised my order will be delivered today still before 5pm as there are 3 teams within the Mplain area.

I have checked my tracking info on both orders now tonight and both orders shows delivered

Order *** (arm brace) - I received this order @ 11:30 today and not 19:34 as per the tracking info

Order *** (wifi extender & phone cover) - NO ORDER RECEIVED - Tracking info says delivered 11:30 and signed by customer

I WANT MY PARCEL DELIVERED OR REFUND

I ALWAYS USE TAKEALOT BUT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AND ITS DIFFICULT GETTING HOLD OF SOMEONE TO QUERY YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH A CONTACT FROM

I called the delivery team today and was advised it shows on the system the order is still at the branch and an email was sent to the branch to have the order delivered today, no further communication received and still no order!!
