No delivery but order paid for

I would love to give zero stars but this app doesn't allow it. We pay monthly subscription to takelot more for same day delivery but to date our order is not delivered nobody answer the number provided on the internet neither do they reply to emails they do not provide any service to customers and that is just awful. This is pathetic services as we are being ********** by takelot for same day delivery. Order number #***
