No Delivery / Bad customer Service

Order number ********** 3 I ordered a product on 10 Decemebr 2017, with a collection date on 13 December 2017, from the Cape Town warehouse. The collection date was very important and based on this information I made the purchase. On 14 December the product was still not available, I queried the collection of the product, only then did they inform me of a delay and it will be in the warehouse within 1-2 working days, thus by the very latest 18 December 2017. Today, 19 December 2017, still no news and no show. I phone from early morning and have spoken to various service consultants, and everyone failed to tell me when the product will be available for collection. I asked to escalate the issue, they said a manager will call me back when they are back from lunch. Now again after calling many times and being put on hold for ends on time, still no closer to an answer. This is purely deceiving customers and unfair trading, as a customer you have to commit to pay them, in exchange for a product they will deliver within a certain time frame, this is the condition of sale, however, once they have your money and they cannot deliver it becomes your problem and they will let you know when they let you know and now all of a sudden no longer have a commitment or date to deliver by. This is plain deception and putting customers under false pretense in order to get their money, but then do not deliver. Absolutely the worst and most pathetic customer service, as everyone their either promise and don't deliver anything or simply tell you there is nothing they can do. Telling me there are more customers waiting for much longer than a week and that it is simply the system, they can do nothing about, you will just have to wait until such time as it becomes available.???? They tell me I cannot speak to manager now, they are busy and can do nothing for me either, nobody can do anything about the order and delay, it is what it is. This is the very problem with the large corporate organizations... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! last time I'll buy from Takealot.com
