No Delivery as Promised

Order a gas heater online, was promised delivery on 12 June 2018, delivery did not arrive as yet!!!

No email, no communication explaining the delay in the delivery.

Sent an email to them, they promise to get back to you in 2 - 12 hours.....this has not happened.

Their call centre does not work.....you cannot get past the options of what your enquiry is about and then it cuts off...

Really disappointing service.....makes me not want to use your service again!!!
