No delivery as per schedule

I ordered an item from Takealot on Tuesday the 8th of October. The delivery was supposed to be for today before 5 pm. It's now almost 6 pm and no sign of a driver. Why do they have delivery schedules if they can't keep to it? The parcel located still shows almost at destination. Where Takealot? Next time I will use Amazon.
