No delivery and refund issue

I had credit of R114..00 on my takealot app. I ordered something worth R169. 00 and paid R244. 00 that is R169. 00 for the product and R75.00 delivery fee it was taken from my bank account. My order was supposed to be delivered on the 13 September 2025 and it was rescheduled because "I wasn't available" (no one contacted me to receive the delivery) it was rescheduled for the delivery on Sunday 14 September 2025 I just received a email that the product is shipped back because the delivery failed again no one contacted me. The money was was refunded as a credit just R169. 00 but not R244. 00. I never used my credit of R114. 00 and they only refunded R169. 00 you still owe me R75. 00
