No delivery and poor service from the call centre.

I have have been a loyal supporter of [URL Removed] and have purchased several items from them however my last dealing with them has been ridiculous. I purchased some school stationary on the 8th Jan fully expecting the goods to be delivered before school which started on the 13th Jan. To date I have not received anything. I called the call centre two days ago (Chad) who said that one of the items was not in stock and the proposed delivery would be the 26th Jan. I explained that that I need the goods urgently and if possible remove the one item and send me the rest. He said that wouldnt be a problem. I called back today as I still did not receive the package and was told that my request to remove the one item was not done and that the I would only get the package on Monday. I find the service ridiculous as they arent able to refund my money immediately either. Needless to say this is the last time I will be using the services of [URL Removed]
