no delivery and now expected delivery date is now changed order ***0

On the 30th of November I purchased a goosd and to this day i havent receiv ed what i ordered to make matter worse they have send an email that says that unfortunately one of the items i ordered they say they are unable to source . and now when i check on the system casue the expected delivery date is always changing at first it was the 8th of december ,then 12 dec,14 dec and now its 19 december Take alot they just promise us but never fullfill the delivery date .bad online store to order from
