No delivery and no communication heavily disappointed

I ordered item on 22 May 2020, item scheduled for Monday 25 May before 17:00. Nothing happened, checked. Sent emails no response. Found out from the app it was rescheduled for today before 16:00. Still no delivery. They have shattered the the excitement of my two kids. The frustration is the absence of communication. I am a first time user and theY have certainly lost me as customer. I will revert to traditional ways of doing business.
