No Delivery and dishonest staff

Quick to take my money, but promise of delivery on 11 Dec, then changed to 4 Dec then 5 Dec, still no delivery. On enquiry yesterday Aneef tried to tell me tgey having problems currently... not my problem, and if you are having problems communicate with me. Aneef promised an email with complaint reference number and a call from a manager... still waiting. Refund my money immediately with the interest I lost as you breached the contract TAKEALOT.
