No delivery after two weeks- suddenly cancelled

Two weeks ago (29 Feb) we ordered an unboxed GPS (due to be shipped in 2 working days) and I stupidly added a book I wanted (shipped 5-7 working days). <br> Two weeks later and still nothing delivered so we see online that the GPS order has been cancelled. Phoned, and told ?h, as of last week we are no longer shipping our unboxed deals\. My unboxed deal was meant to be shipped almost two weeks ago, which means the stock was very much there and should have been set aside but I got told tough luck and referred to a supposed email that was never received. This is beyond infuriating as we specifically ordered the GPS then so the invoice would qualify for upcoming tax claims- now we not only do not get our GPS we also don't get our planned tax claim. I am so upset, not to mention the fact that my book still hasn't arrived, a week late. We've always had great service from Takealot but this is just awful."
