No delivery

I had the worst experience. YESTERday I was waiting the whole day for my parcels to be delivered ,around 5 pm I went on the app to track and that's when I noticed they said the parcels have been delivered ...I have not recieved any one of my orders that I placed ... I have been struggling g to get ahold of them since yesterday... This is so bad for a business, I mean how do they give the parcels to someone who is not even the person who ordered. I am beyond frustrated at this point
