No delivery
Ordered 2 parcels and got sms for delivery for both 18 Dec 2019. One arrived. Got sms to say office closed and no one to take delivery for ***9. What utter *******. I was waiting all day. Takealot train your delivery guys to think.

19 Dec 2019, 11:00I have still been trying to reach the call centre all morning - NO RESPONSE. When I track my parcel it remains on "Shipped" status and not out for delivery. Will I get my delivery today as promised AGAIN? Lets wait and see :(
