No delivery

I made an order on 15 March 2023 (order nr ***) and received a confirmation email for expected delivery on 22 March 2023. When I checked my delivery today by tracking my order, I saw that my delivery was cancelled and the products returned to Takealot. I was never contacted by them for delivery and apparently the delivery was already cancelled on 21 March 2023 (public holiday). I am very, very dissatisfied with their service.
