No delivery

I ordered a phone from take a lot which was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 26 November, till today the courier company hasn't. delivered. Device has been out for delivery 3 times already,courier company doesn't contact me me but they keep on rescheduling delivery. I spoke to Kieran and Craig from takealot, both promised to follow up but still nothing,I'm so disappointed in takealot and their fast and furious courier company,this is the worst service ever they simply can't deliver.
