No delivery

I placed an order on 23 April 2025, and it was supposed to be delivered by 29 April 2025 before 5 PM. However, even though the Takealot order status says “delivered,” I have not received anything — not yesterday, not today.

This is completely unacceptable. There has been no communication, no update, and no proof of delivery. I trusted Takealot to deliver on time, and now I’m left without my order and no explanation. What is going on?

I expect this to be resolved urgently.
