No delivery

I ordered an item for delivery, because it was urgent, I opted for next day delivery, and paid just a little more for that service, but did my item arrive?? NO. I received a messege at 16:40, to say they tried to deliver........., Mind you I normally knock off at 16:00, so on this day I stayed till 17:00 just so that I could receive my item, and the frustrating thing is that I've no means of calling the driver,
