No delivery

On The 3rd November I bought protein powder which was on special but it said 5 to 7 days shipping and it’s the 19 November and it still has not shipped, yet it’s know says that it’s ex-stock.

Please cancel my order so that I can buy it from a shop that actually know how to deliver the stuff people order.
