No delivery

Ordered parcell on the 28th of November. Parcell was delivered at incorrect depot. Then tracking saod i will receive it on the 4th. Still have not received any thing.ordered something else. Tracking said i will receice it before 5 today.the they sais its delayed i will receice it before 8 pm at a business address that closed 4 pm. Very unhappy with takealot.
