No delivery

Good day. I order 3 perfumes from take a lot and when they delivered to me on the 01 December 2017 only 2 out of the 3 was in the box. I phoned them and the lady told me she will escalate the matter. Each time i need to mail and ask for feedback or i need to phone. I just would like to know where is my perfume i ordered and payed for already? They are so easy to take your money but can't answer you on where your product is.
