No Delivery
Hi I placed a order with [URL Removed] on 23 JANUARY 2015 ITS TODAY 29 JANUARY 2015 I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM. WOW WHAT IN COMPETENT DELIVERY SERVICE. THE FIRST TIME THEY DELIVERED THEY SAID NO ONE WAS HOME AND THAT WAS ON 26 JANUARY 2015 AND WE WERE AT HOME THE WHOLE DAY. I CALLED ON THE 27TH ARRANGED FOR THE 28TH JANUARY 2015 STILL NOTHING. THE MORNING OF THE 29TH JANUARY 2015 I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAID AGAIN BETWEEN 2PM AND 5PM THEY WOULD DELIVER. ITS NOW 05:45 29 JANUARY 2015 AND IM STILL WAITING. WHAT THE HELL MUST MY LIFE REVOLVE AROUND WAITING ON YOU GUYS!!!

This is quite unbelievable to say the least. We completely understand your frustration & complaint as you've clearly done everything you could to reach out to us to get this delivery completed and yet we've continuously failed to deliver.
This is unacceptable & we're sorry for the poor service & bad experience you've had. We'll have our complaints team investigate the matter & take it up with our courier first thing in the morning to get this sorted out asap.
