No delivery

<p>Hi , i placed an order on Monday 6 march 2017 and I was told the expected date was 08 March 2017 .</p> <p>I initially selected the cash on delivery option which was eligible on this order .</p> <p>Howere today 09March 2017 I enquired about my order and now I get told my parcel will not be delivered until I have made an EFT payment . </p> <p>Why did i get given the option of cash on delivery if now before my parcel can be delivered i must make an EFT payment .I will not make EFT payment as i am unable to .</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable !!!</p>
