No delivery

<p>I paid for a pre order on the 30th of Jan for release today, I was told this morning that my parcel would be delvered today.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have waiting at my office no only to find that my parcel would be delivered on Monday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why do i pre order if I dont get it on the needed date.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also cant seem to change my delivery destination when this whole thing was not my fault ...</p>
