<p>Order ********** placed on 25 November with delivery promised for 1 December.</p> <p>Still not received.</p> <p>Numerous queries only gets the following statement from Takealot.</p> <p>Re: "We are chasing up the relevant parties and promise to get back to you with a resolution asap."</p> <p>Why would this be my problem? It's not my problem.<br />Please sort out the issue with the courier in your own time.<br /><br />Only one thing is a fact - Takealot has not delivered.</p> <p>Takealot should have re-sent the same products.</p>
