No delivery

<p>Having been a client for many years and spending over 30k i am disappointed with service. I have ordered some daily deals on the 9th of November and when purchasing it showed goods to be delivered by the 18th November. I didnt received as yet and no call just a email after i complained. Now what is more disgusting is that a further wait of 3-5 working days from now. As others will also concede you guys were excellent on delivery but lately your company is going on a decline. To what may seem that your'll are absolutely busy and cant cope inthe long run you will loose loyal clients due to fact of poor service deliveries.</p> <p>Also i would like feedback as to why advertise daily deals if the item is not stock . Surely you should advertise what you dont have, thats blatantly false advertising.</p>
