NO DELIVERY

I placed my order on the 26 Jan 2016, and I immediately received an e-mail that my order is being processed and estimated delivery time is 05 Feb 2016. Its been almost two weeks and I'm still waiting on my order, on the 05th/02 I called takealot to find out about my order and I was told that the issue is with the supplier and they still looking at what the issue is. I sent yet another e-mail 2 days ago to follow up since no one has bothered to contact me and the feedback is that the buyer will have stock in 3-5 days. Its now been 16 days since I placed my order and I'm still waiting.
