NO DELIVERY
Placed an order on the 3rd of December 2015 for 3 x Sky Roller for my kids birthday on Saturday 5 December 2015. With the delivery options providing Saturday free delivery to my house i thought it would be great for the kids to receive their gifts directly from the courier guy and that would make their day... <br> <br> Well birthday has come and went and nothing delivered. Now i have 3 kids asking the same questions every time they see me... when is the delivery guy coming.<br> <br> Please respond urgently with an update coz [URL Removed] has the worst call center and poor IVR design.<br> <br> Order number: *** <br> <br>

We know an apology doesn't make up for the disappointment caused by this delay. We would however like to say sorry for putting a damper on what should have been and exciting event for all. It appears that the incorrect postal code was captured which caused your parcel to be routed to the incorrect delivery hub. Our complaints team is currently liaising with the relevant delivery team to confirm the whereabouts of your order and they'll make sure that it is delivered ASAP.
