No delivery
I ordered a cell phone (order ***) for my daughter to be delivered before she leaves on holiday. She received her sms that informed her about the delivery. she cancelled all her appointments for the afternoon. No delivery! After calls made to the call centre she was informed that she wasn't home!!!! The new delivery has been rescheduled for 2 days later and again no delivery, no sms and no phone call. I read all the complaints on hellopeter and the standard answer is: \We are so sorry. We will take it up with Mr Delivery!"Have you realized by now that they (Mr Delivery) are not listening to you (takealot). They are costing you money because I am now using netflorist to do the rest of my Christmas shopping!<br> """
