No Delivery

I have ordered my UNISA books and calculator 16/07/2015 and the delivery date was supposed to be on 21 July 2015. Guess what? they are not delivered. I called Takelot and was transferred to Mr. deliver only to be told by the machine their working hours are from 10am to whatever time. I had to call to call Mr delivery and to be told my order has not arrived to their dispatch. How do they expect me to do my assignments which are due? On both occasions people I talk to were unprofessional, nobody assures or try to help you, they just transfer you. I used Kalahari never had these issues even once.
