No delivery

I was phoned about a delivery of goods which I had ordered from Takealot and asked the driver to wait 10 minutes for me to get home (the time off delivery had not been previously arranged). I got home in 5 minutes to find that the driver was not there. After phoning the supervisor I was told that the driver could not turn around and delivery would need to be rescheduled for the next day
