No delivery
on 06 May 2015 I received a message which stated that my order is scheduled to be delivered that day via FedEx . I waited for hours with hope that they would confirm with me at what time they are going to deliver the package, since I am a student ( with my three previous orders they did so) and I study full time. At 18:45 I then contacted the query call center and they said my order was delivered to Trevor and I don't know who Trevor is. This once again shows how [URL Removed] does not care about it's customers, and there are no proper controls in measure my order ref is 422039.I PAID FOR THE PACKAGE AND SO YOU SHOULD DELIVER THE PACKAGE TO ME......END OF STORY
