No delivery

I feel terrible to log this complaint on Hello Peter as I always receive great service from Takealot. No one is assisting me as I received an email to complete survey for my dog food delivered Thursday 23rd of April at 21.01pm. I have not received the dog food and when i speak to the call centre they say a Sindhle signed for my delivery. I have no idea who is this person. The call centre agents at Takealot state someone will get back to me but no one does. When I contact the courier they try to transfer to the correct department but instead cut the call.This delivery should have been delivered on the 17th of April. A week later and now I am inconvienced to go and purchase dog food tomorrow.Please note had someone contacted me to resolve my request I would have not posted this on Hello Peter.You guys need to look into your verification process for deliveries. Please help
