No delivery

I am never using takealot again. My delivery was scheduled for 17 November 2020, it's now the 19 th. Nobody seems to know where my parcel is. I called the call center 3 times already and no one seems to get back to me. This is the ****tiest online experience. I want my whole amount back. I will go to Game and buy those things myself.
