NO DELIVERY

Firstly my address changed and I could not change it with them as it does not have that option only 'reschedule' I then made a plan to have someone at the old address and did the driver show up or even call? NO, I spent the last hour trying to get some answers and I got absolute no concrete help!!! This was the last order from me, why stay loyal to a company that doesn't value it's clients???
